Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all Groovy Plants Ranch tags remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our ranch team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
